Privacy Notice

INNOVATTIA WITC, S.A. DE C.V. with registered address at Martin Mendalde 1116, Col. Del Valle, Benito Juárez, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing and protection of the personal data provided to it.

2. 1.IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS.

The following data will be collected in the job application: Name, photograph, gender, Age, marital status, home address, date and place of birth, nationality; profession, trade, or occupation; telephone numbers, email address, Unique Population Registry Code, Federal Taxpayer Registry Code; school, work, and family information, personal habits, personal references, employment references, and signature, which will be required in the respective job application form.

The information indicated in the preceding paragraph will be used for personnel selection and recruitment purposes, in accordance with our recruitment policies.

2. 2.UNDER HIRING

The following data will be collected: Photograph, simple copy of birth certificate, official identification, Unique Population Registry Code, Federal Taxpayer Registry Code, updated proof of address, and proof of highest level of education; Social Security number, Letters of Recommendation, and Signature.

The information indicated in the preceding paragraph will be used for the purpose of compiling the respective personnel file, in accordance with our hiring policies.

2. 3.VISITORS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

The following data will be collected: Name, company to which the visitor belongs, if applicable, the person being visited, the reason for the visit, and their autograph signature.

This information will be used for surveillance purposes during the visitor's stay and for statistical purposes; as well as, if necessary, to prove the visitor's stay in legal proceedings.

2. 4.ON THE WEBSITE FORM.

The following data will be collected: Name, telephone numbers, email address, company to which the visitor belongs, if applicable, and position held, if applicable.

This information will be used for internal consultation, in order to provide customer service, and for statistical purposes. In the case of For services contracted through websites, the cell phone number and the company with which it operates may also be collected in order to provide the service.

2. 5.IN TELEPHONY.

Only in cases where technical service or support is called, the following will be collected: Voice (recording of the same during the call).

This information will be used to monitor our service quality, as well as to record the content of the dialogue during the communication.

In accordance with our values ​​of Social Responsibility (Corporate Citizenship), INNOVATTIA WITC, S.A. DE C.V. will not collect sensitive personal data, as classified by law; therefore, by way of example but not limited to, it is stated that data that reveal ethnic origin, information genetics, philosophical, ethical, or religious issues; health status, sexual preference, union affiliation, or political affiliation.

With regard to the information collected in point 2.1. of Section 2.- DATA OBTAINED AND PURPOSES, if the recruitment process does not conclude with the hiring of the applicant, the personal data collected will be deleted six months after the conclusion of said process.

With regard to the information collected in point 2.2. of Section 2.- DATA OBTAINED AND PURPOSES, it will be valid during the employment relationship and will be deleted three years after its conclusion. As an exception, the name and address will be retained for employment reference purposes.

With regard to the information collected in point 2. 3. of the Section entitled 2.- DATA OBTAINED AND PURPOSES, will be destroyed twelve months after the Guestbook has been fully used.

With regard to the iInformation collected in point 2.4 of Section 2.- DATA OBTAINED AND PURPOSES, the data will be kept for thirty-six months from the date of entry by the data subject, after which it will be deleted. In the case of contracts, this data will be kept for the duration of the service and for up to 36 months after the contractual relationship ends.

With regard to the information collected in point 2.5 of Section 2.- DATA OBTAINED AND PURPOSES, the data will be kept for thirty-six months from the last call received by the client.

In order to carry out the activities provided for in its corporate purpose, INNOVATTIA WITC, S.A. DE C.V. receives personal data from various CONTROLLERS, such as institutions and companies. When the information is sent to us through a third party or client, in this case, INNOVATTIA WITC, S.A. DE C.V. acts as the CONTROLLER, not the CONTROLLER, for the processing of said data. We inform you that you may exercise the rights provided for in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection) with respect to said data. As the owner of personal data and in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to said data; these rights may be exercised before the CONTROLLER of your personal data.

DE C.V., we have designated the Finance Department as the party responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data.
