Innova TL, S.A. DE C.V., in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, hereby informs you of the following Privacy Notice.
01 Identity and address of the data controller
Innova TL, S.A. DE C.V., with its address at Martin Mendalde 1116, Col. Del Valle, Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México, is responsible for the processing and protection of the personal data provided to it.
02 Data collected and purposes
2.1 During the recruitment process
The following data will be collected in the job application: name, photograph, sex, age, marital status, home address, date and place of birth, nationality; profession, trade, or occupation; telephone numbers, email address, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), Federal Taxpayer Registry Code (RFC); educational, employment, and family information, personal habits, personal references, employment references, and signature, all of which will be requested in the corresponding job application form.
The information indicated in the preceding paragraph will be used for personnel selection and recruitment purposes, in accordance with our recruitment policies.
2.2 During the hiring process
The following data will be collected: photographic image, plain copy of birth certificate, official identification, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), Federal Taxpayer Registry Code (RFC), current proof of address, and certificate of highest level of education completed; social security number, letters of recommendation, and signature.
The information indicated in the preceding paragraph will be used to compile the corresponding personnel file, in accordance with our hiring policies.
2.3 Visitors and the general public
The following data will be collected: name, company to which the visitor belongs, if applicable, person being visited, reason for the visit, and handwritten signature.
Such information will be used for surveillance purposes during the visitor's stay and for statistical purposes, as well as, if necessary, to prove the visitor's presence in judicial proceedings.
2.4 Through the website form
The following data will be collected: name, telephone numbers, email address, company to which you belong, if applicable, and position held, if applicable.
Such information will be used for internal reference, in order to attend to the data subject, and for statistical purposes. In the case of services contracted through websites, the mobile phone number and the carrier with which it operates may also be collected in order to provide the service.
2.5 By telephone
Only in cases where technical service or support is called will the following be collected: voice (a recording of it during the call).
Such information will be used to monitor our quality of service, as well as to record the content of the dialogue during the communication.
03 Personal data that will not be collected
In accordance with our Social Responsibility (Corporate Citizenship) values, Innova TL, S.A. DE C.V. will not collect sensitive personal data, as so classified by the Law; accordingly, by way of example but not limitation, no data will be collected that reveals ethnic origin, genetic information, philosophical, ethical, or religious matters; health status, sexual preference, union membership, or political affiliation.
04 Retention period of the information
With respect to the information collected under item 2.1 of section 2. Data collected and purposes, if the recruitment process does not conclude with the hiring of the applicant, the personal data collected will be deleted six months after said process concludes.
With respect to the information collected under item 2.2 of section 2. Data collected and purposes, it will be retained for the duration of the employment relationship and will be deleted three years after it ends. As an exception, the name and address will be kept for the purpose of employment references.
With respect to the information collected under item 2.3 of section 2. Data collected and purposes, it will be destroyed twelve months after the Visitor Log has been completely filled.
With respect to the information collected under item 2.4 of section 2. Data collected and purposes, the data will be retained for thirty-six months from the date it is entered by the data subject, after which it will be deleted. In the case of contracted services, this data will be kept for as long as the service is being provided and for up to 36 months after the contractual relationship is terminated.
With respect to the information collected under item 2.5 of section 2. Data collected and purposes, the data will be retained for thirty-six months counted from the last call received by the customer.
05 Exception to consent
To carry out the activities set forth in its corporate purpose, Innova TL, S.A. DE C.V. receives personal data from various CONTROLLERS of such data, such as institutions and companies. When the information is sent to us through a third party or client, in this case, Innova TL, S.A. DE C.V. acts as PROCESSOR and not as CONTROLLER of the processing of such data. We inform you that you may exercise the rights provided for in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition) with respect to such data by consulting the website of the institution or company to which you directly provided such personal data, where the content and scope of said rights must be explained to you.
06 Transfers
Innova TL, S.A. DE C.V. will not transfer your personal data to a third party, except as set forth in this Privacy Notice or at the request of the competent legal Authority.
07 ARCO rights and refusal of personal data processing
As a Data Subject, and as provided in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you have the right to access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition with respect to such data, which you may exercise before the CONTROLLER of the processing of your personal data.
For personal data provided directly to Innova TL, S.A. DE C.V., we have designated the Finance Department as responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data and, accordingly, we make available the email address contacto@innovattia.com to receive and process your requests or, if you prefer, you may visit our offices located at Martin Mendalde 1116, Col. Del Valle, Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México.
In order to be processed, your request must meet the requirements set forth in Article 29 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as Articles 89 and 90 of its Regulations.
If you believe that there has been any violation of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties in the processing of your personal data, you may file the corresponding complaint or report with the IFAI. For more information, you may visit: www.ifai.org.mx
08 Revocation of consent
You may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data. For this purpose, we make available the email address contacto@innovattia.com to receive and process your requests or, if you prefer, you may visit our offices located at Martin Mendalde 1116, Col. Del Valle, Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México.
09 Acceptance of terms
You will be deemed to accept the processing of your personal data if you do not express your objection within a period of no more than five business days, counted from the day you provide us with such data and/or become aware of our Privacy Notice.
10 Limitation on the use and/or disclosure of personal data
We inform you that your personal data will be safeguarded through strict procedural, technological, and administrative security measures and restricted-access computer systems, in order to ensure its optimal protection and safekeeping.
11 Updates and changes to the Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice may be updated or modified in the future, in which case you will be notified through its publication on our website.
